Regional Vice President – Personal Lines

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Leading, mentoring, and supporting a team of professionals in personal lines.

• Ensuring outstanding service delivery, operational effectiveness, and sustainable growth.

• Collaborating closely with producers, carriers, and leadership to achieve results.

• Monitoring policy expirations for current clients and facilitating renewals.

• Providing guidance and support to the Personal Lines Team.

• Delegating daily tasks and establishing expectations for team members.

• Training, coaching, and advising team members on performance improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of supervisory experience.

• More than 5 years of experience in a personal lines insurance agency or brokerage.

• At least 2 years of recent experience with AMS360.

• A valid Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
