SVP, Banking Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of and ensure comprehensive service delivery across all operational domains of managed services.

• Be accountable for Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

• Lead and nurture two established operational leaders along with their respective teams.

• Act as the primary escalation point for operational client concerns that necessitate executive-level intervention.

• Spearhead the reimagining of the Banking Operations model, prioritizing agentic AI, automation, and scalability.

• Collaborate with product teams, engineering, and the Applied AI Practice to spot, prioritize, and execute automation initiatives.

• Cultivate and sustain executive-level relationships with key clients in managed services.

• Recruit, develop, and retain operational leaders capable of thriving in a transformation-driven environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience or deep familiarity with AI and automation integration in an operational setting.

• Knowledge of the limitations of functioning within a regulated environment, including compliance obligations, audit preparedness, and the aspects that cannot be automated without oversight.

• Experience leading a team through a significant operational redesign swiftly.

• Views operations as a client relationship and a growth opportunity rather than merely a cost center.

• Thrives in situations characterized by uncertainty and a lack of predefined procedures.
