This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Manage senior-level consulting relationships with C-Suite executives (CEO, CFO, COO, CAIO, CTO) at Fortune 1000 and private equity portfolio clients during transformation initiatives.
• Act as Blend360's reliable strategic advisor to client leadership—navigating the business case, organizational effects, and risk considerations of agentic adoption.
• Lead executive steering committees, board-level presentations, and transformation governance meetings on behalf of our clients.
• Develop strong, long-term relationships that enhance Blend360's presence within accounts and create new opportunities through referrals and reputation.
• Direct the design and facilitation of Agentic Transformation roadmaps—establishing the sequence, business value, and organizational changes necessary to transition clients from their current state to agentic maturity.
• Frame transformation in terms of business results: cost efficiency, revenue growth, competitive advantage, risk mitigation—not merely technology deliverables.
• Evaluate and advise on organizational preparedness for agentic transformation—covering aspects such as culture, workforce, governance, operational models, and capacity for change.
• Assist clients in structuring the roles, responsibilities, and accountability frameworks essential for sustaining agentic operating models after initial implementation.
• Convert technical intricacies into clear, compelling narratives for non-technical executives and boards.
• Experience at the Partner level with a top-tier management consulting firm (such as McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Alix Partners, PWC, etc.).
• Over 20 years of progressive consulting or senior advisory experience, with a considerable part focused on leading large-scale technology transformation projects at Fortune 1000 or similar organizations.
• A proven history of building and managing C-Suite relationships in an advisory or consulting role—not just participating in them.
• Extensive, hands-on experience with at least two or more of the key enterprise transformation trends: ERP (SAP, Oracle), cloud migration, digital transformation, data/analytics modernization, or platform consolidation.
• Demonstrated experience in Private Equity settings—either advising PE-portfolio companies during transformation efforts or holding an operational position within a PE-backed organization.
• Knowledge of the burgeoning agentic AI landscape—including enterprise AI agents, autonomous process orchestration, and the organizational ramifications of human-agent collaboration—sufficient for credible engagement with technically adept clients and internal teams.
