This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.

📋 Description

• Accountable for gathering data to ensure project completion.

• Identifying boundaries, pins, improvements, utilities, etc., while executing various project types, including ALTA, boundary, construction staking, and topographic surveys.

• Verify and process raw field data, conduct calculations, and download/file survey data.

• Conduct project research as required.

• Adhere to instructions and work orders from project managers.

• Engage in daily communication with your Field Project Manager to confirm your progress towards completing the field schedule and notify them if you are ahead or behind schedule.

• Physical work environment requirements:

• Capability to safely traverse and navigate rugged terrain in remote locations.

• Ability to consistently work outdoors in all weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, wet, and muddy environments, and in high/precarious places.

• Capacity to transport heavy equipment to different job sites (regularly lifting/moving up to 25 pounds, frequently lifting/moving up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lifting/moving up to 100 pounds).

• Willingness to travel regionally and nationally frequently.

• Flexibility to work overtime, including weekends when necessary.

• Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and team members.

• Ensure that projects are completed safely and efficiently, adhering to project timelines and budgets.

• Maintain survey equipment and address issues that arise in the field.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Survey Crew Chief.

• Strong grasp of surveying concepts and practices.

• Proficient in operating surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and data collectors.

• Part 107 license is preferred, but not mandatory.

• Familiarity with CAD software, specifically Carlson AutoCAD, is advantageous but not required.

• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.

• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team, focusing on delivering high-quality work punctually and within budget.
