Survey Director, Korean Speaker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.

📋 Description

• Utilize your Python programming expertise to directly assist with survey programming and data analysis tasks, ensuring precision and effectiveness in every project.

• Oversee 3-5 concurrent projects in a dynamic environment, collaborating with external vendors to secure respondents for surveys.

• Advise clients on the best structure for their survey initiatives, ensuring alignment between survey design and their research objectives.

• Collaborate closely with clients during the live creation of surveys, managing the development of questionnaires and essential survey components.

• Evaluate survey data and deliver actionable insights to clients, enabling them to derive significant conclusions from their research findings.

• Develop and sustain robust relationships with clients, offering immediate support for urgent modifications or updates as necessary.

• Recognize and highlight patterns, refine processes, and adapt products according to client feedback and requirements.

• Provide expert guidance on survey design and content, assisting clients in effectively and efficiently reaching their research goals.

• Participate in special projects or additional tasks as required, contributing to innovation and the ongoing improvement of our client's offerings.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, with a preference for engineering, information technology, business, economics, or international relations.

• A Master’s degree would be considered an advantage.

• Strong command of both Korean and English, in both spoken and written forms.

• Familiarity with and/or experience in Python and/or JavaScript programming.

• Demonstrated client-facing experience with a customer-oriented approach, strong collaboration skills, a sense of urgency, and a dedication to exceeding client expectations.

• Business knowledge in private markets, including insights into private equity, due diligence processes, and the significance of primary research in these domains.
