Survey Crew Chief

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and lead the ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys.

• Strategically plan, organize, and carry out field survey operations across various states.

• Utilize and maintain surveying equipment such as GPS, robotic total stations, and data collectors.

• Analyze project requirements, plats, deeds, and legal descriptions.

• Ensure the precision, completeness, and quality of field data collection.

• Effectively communicate with project managers, office personnel, and clients as necessary.

• Keep comprehensive daily field notes, reports, and documentation.

• Engage in extensive travel (multi-state travel is required, frequently on a weekly basis).

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Survey Crew Chief.

• In-depth knowledge of ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys.

• Proficient in using modern surveying equipment and software.

• Capable of reading and interpreting survey plans, title commitments, and legal documents.

• Strong leadership abilities and crew management skills.

• Willingness and capability to travel regularly (up to 75–100%).

• Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

• CST certification or an equivalent qualification is a plus.

• Experience working across multiple states or regions is advantageous.

• Familiarity with state-specific survey requirements in TX, LA, OK, AR, MS, and AL is a plus.
