Survey Crew Chief

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.

📋 Description

• Oversee and direct the ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys

• Strategically plan, organize, and implement field survey operations across various states

• Operate and maintain surveying equipment, including GPS, robotic total stations, and data collectors

• Analyze project requirements, plats, deeds, and legal descriptions

• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and quality of field data collection

• Effectively communicate with project managers, office personnel, and clients as required

• Keep detailed daily field notes, reports, and documentation

• Travel extensively, requiring multi-state travel, often on a weekly basis

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Survey Crew Chief

• Strong background in ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys

• Proficient in the use of modern surveying equipment and software

• Capability to read and interpret survey plans, title commitments, and legal documents

• Excellent leadership and crew management abilities

• Willingness and capacity for frequent travel (up to 75–100%)

• Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record

• CST certification or equivalent is a plus

• Experience working across multiple states or regions is advantageous

• Familiarity with state-specific survey requirements in TX, LA, OK, AR, MS, and AL is a plus
