📋 Description

• Evaluate AI-generated content pertaining to surgical anatomy, instruments, sterile techniques, and aseptic practices, as well as sterile processing, surgical pharmacology, patient positioning, procedural steps, and patient safety.

• Assess the accuracy, completeness, and alignment with established professional standards.

• Offer expert feedback to enhance educational materials for learners in surgical technology.

• Complete asynchronous evaluations within specified timelines ranging from 5 days to 2 weeks.

• Engage in periodic evaluation cycles with the possibility of taking on additional assignments as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess a current Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential from the NBSTSA and be in good standing.

• Must be a graduate of a CAAHEP- or ABHES-accredited surgical technology program, or have completed a military surgical technology training program recognized by the NBSTSA.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an operating room setting is required.

• Experience in precepting, clinical instruction, or training is preferred.

• Experience across a range of surgical specialties is preferred.

• Additional credentials, such as a CSFA, are preferred.

• Must be available for 5–15 hours per week with a requirement for minimum quarterly participation.
