This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Serve as the representative for the surgical glaucoma product line to eye care professionals (ECPs).
• Address the specific needs of ECPs in relation to their patients.
• Meet both territory-level and corporate business goals by selling and promoting New World Medical glaucoma products.
• Offer product and technical guidance to ECPs regarding the proper use of surgical glaucoma products.
• Develop and implement a strategic plan and routing schedule for the designated territory.
• Plan and carry out pre-scheduled calls on a daily basis.
• Facilitate wet labs in collaboration with targeted teaching institutions.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ensure responses to all customer inquiries are made within twelve hours.
• Engage in conventions, educational events, and similar activities.
• Effectively manage and prioritize time to meet territory objectives.
• Carry out all administrative duties as required.
• A 4-year degree is highly preferred.
• In the absence of a degree, at least 5 years of experience in Ophthalmic/Ophthalmic surgical/medical devices with established strong customer relationships and a proven performance record may be considered.
• If a 4-year degree is obtained and verifiable, a minimum of 3 years’ experience in outside B2B sales within the Pharmaceutical and/or medical device sectors is required.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is preferred.
• Experience with vendor credentialing in the medical field is essential.
