This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Identifying high-potential surgeons, accounts, and geographic areas within the sales territory.

• Creating a business strategy aimed at achieving and surpassing established sales goals.

• Tracking progress against the sales execution plan and updating business plans as necessary.

• Negotiating with key hospital accounts to secure advantageous terms for Ciliatech products.

• Identifying, scheduling, and attending significant customer events such as congresses and meetings.

• Monitoring promotional expenditures in relation to annual budgets.

• Developing and implementing optimal follow-up schedules with individual customers to maintain relationships, share best practices, and drive sales growth within accounts.

• Mastering Ciliatech products—becoming a comprehensive expert in concepts, clinical data, surgical techniques, and related indications and conditions.

• This will necessitate passing validations (exams) on the path to achieving official ‘certification’ status as a surgical trainer.

• Gaining expertise on competing and/or alternative treatment modalities relevant to the specific indications our products address.

• Taking full responsibility for training surgeons and related healthcare professionals (i.e., Operating Room staff) on the proper procedures, indications, and surgical techniques for the safe and successful implantation of Ciliatech products into patients’ eyes.

• Attending national and international congresses as directed by the senior leadership team.

• Keeping abreast of trends and publications in the MIGS industry to maintain current knowledge of competitors and disease areas.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of surgical sales experience in an operating room setting.

• Experience in ophthalmology.

• Proficiency in written and spoken English.

• Strong emotional intelligence and exceptional communication skills.

• An innate ability to build relationships with a customer-first approach.

• High personal motivation, results-oriented, and goal-focused.

• Confident, fair, and adaptable in dynamic environments.

• A positive, energetic team player with a proactive mindset.

• Well-organized and capable of managing multiple priorities.

• Comfortable with frequent travel and adaptable to flexible schedules.

• Potential involvement in KOL development activities as guided by the senior leadership team.
