
Surgical Education and Application Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Deliver advanced surgical assistance, both in-person and virtually, for internal and external stakeholders, including during product launches.
• Develop, support, and conduct medical education sessions on the usage and handling of our products across the product portfolio, in collaboration with senior surgical education specialists and product managers.
• Aid in the ongoing education of new hires post-onboarding through co-travel and continuous communication to help achieve mastery of specified surgical skills by role.
• Regularly assess and provide insights on team SOPs to ensure precision, boost efficiency, and uphold compliance.
• Offer immediate surgical and MRI-related support through our on-call service.
• Follow established documentation standards and templates to ensure uniformity and quality across all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Record customer interactions using Salesforce Health Cloud.
• Log feedback and track complaints related to products.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• 4+ years of experience in the healthcare sector.
• Ideal candidates will have 3 – 5 years of surgical support experience with implantable hearing technologies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and proficiency in presenting and facilitating complex information.
• Travel requirement is 50%.
• A valid driver’s license is mandatory.
• Must fulfill all credentialing criteria to secure access to hospitals and surgical centers.
