• Drive demand for surgeons across the complete Surgical Center of Technology (COT) portfolio, which includes Stapling, Energy, Suture, Electrosurgery, Situate, and Access & Instrumentation.
• Formulate and implement strategic sales initiatives, recognizing practice trends, and nurturing essential customer relationships to foster market growth and product adoption.
• Act as the primary liaison among MDT account teams, including District Managers (DM), Sales Area Directors (SAD), Sales Operations Specialists (SOS), and teams focused on GYN and Hernia portfolios.
• Lead the development and execution of account-level contractual strategies.
• Enhance contracts and promote category growth within the Surgical sector.
• Own and conduct quarterly Customer Business Reviews to assess performance and pinpoint growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain robust relationships with key economic and clinical stakeholders.
• Promote the adoption and utilization of all Surgical Center of Technology (COT) products.
• Foster and enhance relationships with field distribution partners.
• Maximize partnership initiatives and utilize account intelligence to boost market share.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND a minimum of 6+ years of field sales experience OR Associate’s Degree AND at least 4+ years of field sales experience OR Bachelor’s Degree AND a minimum of 2+ years of field sales experience.
• This is a field-based position requiring 50% travel within the designated territory.
• A minimum of 2 years of proven sales success within a highly regulated industry or within the medical device or healthcare sectors, preferably in surgical or related fields.
• Strong comprehension of clinical environments and the capability to convey complex product information to a variety of stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience in building and managing key customer relationships with decision-makers in both clinical and administrative capacities.
• Ability to analyze business trends and apply insights to formulate actionable strategies.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., SF.com) and Microsoft Office Suite.
