Surety Marketing Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Accountable for acquiring an expert understanding of all CNA Surety products and services to effectively sell and educate agency clients.

• Perform regular sales outreach to all agencies within the designated territory.

• Adapt to market fluctuations to identify effective relationship engagement points.

• Employ and utilize technological resources for virtual interactions and effective sales techniques.

• Oversee all logistics to maintain a prominent presence within the territory.

• Actively seek and pursue new agency appointments or business opportunities.

• Collect and document agency and market insights.

• Collaborate with Underwriting to align market strategies and sales initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales, business development, or a customer-oriented role.

• At least 2-3 years of experience in sales and/or marketing.

• Outstanding interpersonal, communication, sales, and telephone skills.

• Strong understanding of insurance and surety industry practices.

• Experience in accounting or a business-related field.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to deliver the highest level of customer service.

• Must be willing and able to travel as required.
