Surety Field Sales Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Responsible for the sales and production of Surety business in a designated region.

• Meet sales targets for the assigned territory.

• Provide education to producers regarding the advantages and operation of the RLI bond issuance system.

• Advocate for other RLI surety products and offer relevant points of contact when necessary.

• Participate in industry events and association meetings.

• Support special projects and undertake additional responsibilities as required.

• This role will necessitate regular travel.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline is preferred.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a comparable field or role.

• In the absence of a degree, at least 5 years of sales experience in the surety or a related industry is preferred.

• Proficient in employing analytical techniques to appoint agents, ensuring the expansion of the company’s surety product line.

• Capable of effectively communicating insights and recommendations to management concerning insurance sales issues.

• Strong communication skills to effectively and persuasively interact with agencies regarding the company’s surety lines of business.
