Support Worker – Complex Care

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Provide person-centered care customized to individual support plans

• Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and hygiene

• Aid in medication administration (where appropriately trained)

• Assist with mobility and ensure safe moving & handling practices

• Help clients with daily living activities, including meal preparation and household chores

• Offer emotional support and companionship

• Monitor and document health conditions, reporting any concerns

• Collaborate effectively with families, healthcare professionals, and the broader care team

• Adhere to safeguarding, health & safety, and infection control protocols at all times
