This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• The Dedicated Support Travel Consultant provides outstanding service to a specific corporate client while assisting with travel bookings.
• Aids the travel agent team with intricate transactions, ensuring data accuracy across systems and adherence to travel policies.
• Address client travel inquiries through phone, email, SMS, Salesforce, and online booking platforms.
• Organize both domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, rental cars, rail services, and ground transportation.
• Offer cost-effective travel options that comply with corporate travel guidelines.
• Develop clear, precise, and comprehensive itineraries.
• Inform clients about travel documentation necessities (passports, visas, etc.).
• Keep traveler profiles up to date and accurate.
• Provide backend support to frontline agents, including assistance with exchanges and GDS troubleshooting.
• Aid in vendor management, mid-office systems, and reporting tools.
• High school diploma is mandatory; a 2- or 4-year degree is preferred.
• At least 5+ years of experience in the Corporate Travel industry is required.
• Experience with GDS systems is necessary (Sabre); advanced knowledge of Sabre is preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and mid-/back-office systems (e.g., TRAMS) is essential.
• Understanding of airline policies, ARC procedures, ticketing, and refunds is preferred.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.) and cloud-based systems are required.
• Capability to work independently in a remote setting and meet productivity goals.
• Experience in group air and/or healthcare travel is preferred.
• Background in supporting corporate travel center operations is preferred.
• Experience in a team lead role is desired.
