This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

• Recognize and escalate critical or emerging issues to our team leaders. Work together with the team to address escalated challenges.
• Participate in cross-team collaboration with Quality Assurance, Operations, and Development teams to evaluate system and customer needs. Your insights will influence the future of our products and services.
• Seize the chance to engage in rotating evening and on-call support. You will be the key player ensuring our customers receive exceptional support around the clock.
• Over 3 years of experience in customer service supporting Enterprise and SaaS applications.
• Capability to triage and resolve a high volume of incoming tickets quickly and efficiently.
• Proficient in comprehending complex technical issues and conveying solutions in easily understandable terms for customers.
• Ability to think innovatively and devise creative solutions to customer challenges; exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and product development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to adapt to a flexible work schedule in alignment with the dynamic needs of the business.
• Familiarity with standard systems like Zendesk, Google Drive, and Slack.
• Hands-on experience with databases (PostgreSQL, SQL).
• Strong technical expertise in APIs.
• Experience with SaaS and Cloud-based solutions.
