This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Act as the primary point of contact for residents, potential residents, vendors, property teams, and internal departments.
• Assist residents, consumers, and vendors via telephone, email, and online communication channels.
• Deliver prompt, professional, and solutions-oriented service.
• Address service inquiries, account-related questions, scheduling, and general assistance needs.
• Escalate challenging or complex issues to the relevant departments.
• Coordinate and monitor service requests from initiation to completion.
• Arrange appointments and keep residents and property teams updated.
• Collaborate with internal departments and service providers to ensure timely follow-ups.
• Maintain a record of service history and outstanding requests.
• Assist in business processes that improve service delivery and enhance resident satisfaction.
• Keep accurate records for residents, vendors, and services.
• Conduct data entry, records management, and provide administrative support.
• Generate reports and maintain documents for support activities.
• Adhere to company policies, practices, and data privacy regulations.
• Work alongside property management teams and internal departments.
• Engage in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and enhancements to service quality.
• Contribute to the creation of a collaborative, service-focused workplace culture.
• GED or high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• At least one year of experience in customer service, administrative support, resident services, operations support, scheduling, or a related field.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
• Effective organizational and multitasking skills.
• Keen attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and web-based business applications.
• A reliable high-speed internet connection and a designated workspace.
• Self-motivated, independent, and able to engage with a remote team.
• Associate's degree or bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Experience in property management, multifamily housing, resident services, hospitality, customer assistance, or similar sectors is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM, ticketing, property management, or customer service software is preferred.
• Experience collaborating with remote or distributed teams is preferred.
• Strong dispute resolution and problem-solving abilities are preferred.
