This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Design and oversee the entire integration process for new partners in the US.
• Develop and present engaging webinars and training sessions to enhance platform usage.
• Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all bugs and technical issues reported by US clients.
• Optimize the automation of recurring support and onboarding workflows.
• Ensure flawless technical account setups to eliminate any operational hurdles.
• Evaluate partner KPIs and proactively deliver tailored action plans and recommendations.
• Senior-level experience (5+ years) in Customer Success, SaaS Implementation, or Operations.
• Exceptional teaching and communication abilities (comfort with leading webinars) paired with a strong commercial acumen (upselling focus).
• A genuine "geek" at heart, with proven expertise in workflow automation tools and a strong interest in utilizing AI.
• English: Native or fully bilingual is essential (with a focus on the US market). Proficiency in Spanish is a significant advantage.
