Assistant Director, IT Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Maximize the value derived from applications and oversee adherence to application standards.

• Lead significant projects focused on enhancing process performance.

• Provide exceptional quality service and product support to banking customers.

• Offer quality application support services to internal stakeholders across all digital systems.

• Take ownership of end-user requests utilizing the established work order management system.

• Communicate, coordinate, and address all concerns related to service quality.

• Ensure optimal system uptime for all applications from a support standpoint.

• Escalate issues internally or to vendors for resolution when necessary.

• Maintain data integrity consistently.

• Keep applications updated with vendor releases, patches, and other necessary requirements.

• Oversee and manage activities related to all applications, including the implementation and management of interfaces.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.

• A minimum of five (5) years of relevant management experience is necessary.

• A bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field is preferred.

• Previous experience in a similar role within a financial institution is advantageous.

• Experience leading or participating in merger/acquisition integration activities is a plus.
