Capital Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist in all capital and funding activities while collaborating with internal teams and various external capital partners.

• Gain a deep understanding of our loan portfolio and manage the flow of loan-related cash transactions.

• Create, automate, and improve operational reports, reconciliations, and monitoring processes to enhance accuracy, scalability, and efficiency.

• Oversee ongoing internal and external audits for our funding facilities, including data validation, documentation, and coordination among stakeholders.

• Contribute to the advancement of capital operations by helping to design scalable controls, governance frameworks, and operational best practices.

• Direct monthly and quarterly financial reporting for investors to ensure accurate and timely delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Treasury, capital markets, or investment operations, ideally within a financial services firm or Fintech.

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related discipline).

• Exceptional attention to detail, a strong sense of ownership, and a readiness to engage in daily operations to achieve results.

• High proficiency in financial modeling and Excel.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-growth, and often uncertain environment while balancing strategic thinking with operational discipline.

• Strong comprehension of the loan life cycle, asset-backed financing structures, liquidity management, and cash and risk management solutions.

• Familiarity with SQL, Python, workflow automation tools, or AI-driven productivity tools is highly advantageous.
