This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• You will manage the entire lifecycle of consultants — from the confirmation of placements to their eventual exit. This includes onboarding, regular check-ins, contract renewals, and offboarding across more than 10 countries.

• You will oversee multi-country compliance and manage relationships with our EOR providers in all active markets. You will take charge of visa and right-to-work processes, ensure payroll accuracy, and maintain country-specific compliance.

• As the primary point of contact for client operations, you will handle resolutions for client escalations, coordinate invoicing with RevOps, administer the PSA, and manage vendor and IT relationships to keep the business running smoothly.

• You will lead a team consisting of a Consultancy Engagement Lead and two Consultancy Engagement Coordinators — setting performance standards, conducting one-on-one meetings, developing team members, and fostering a high-performing group under pressure.


⛳️ Requirements

• You have experience as an early or first operations hire in a growing company — ideally in professional services — and have developed SOPs prior to managing others.

• You have directly managed EOR providers across five or more countries, including at least one high-complexity market such as Saudi Arabia, Egypt, UAE, or a similar region — rather than overseeing someone else who managed them.

• You have experience in managing and developing team members, with the ability to identify direct reports you have significantly grown, rather than merely supervised.

• You possess strong financial acumen — comfortable using Excel to track utilization, PTO liability, invoicing, and expenses without needing prior setup.

• You have worked within a PSA platform (such as Certinia, Kantata, HaloPSA, or a similar system) in a live operational setting.

• You have a basic understanding of employment law — able to read contracts, identify issues, and know when to escalate matters to legal counsel.

• You have experience working in a startup or early-stage company and demonstrate a proactive, hands-on approach without needing direction.

• You are highly organized — able to manage multiple workstreams across different time zones without letting anything slip through the cracks.

• References should attest that you were instrumental in maintaining stability during a growth phase, rather than just being present.
