This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Design and oversee the complete integration process for new partners in the US.
• Tailor processes, training materials, and communications to align with the unique business culture of the US market.
• Develop and conduct engaging webinars and training sessions to enhance platform utilization.
• Evaluate partner KPIs and proactively deliver customized action plans and recommendations.
• Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all reported bugs and technical issues from US clients.
• Optimize the automation of recurring support and onboarding workflows.
• Senior-level experience (5+ years) in Customer Success, SaaS Implementation, or Operations.
• Exceptional pedagogical and communication skills, with comfort in hosting webinars.
• A strong commercial orientation with an aptitude for upselling.
• Proven experience with workflow automation tools.
• A genuine interest in leveraging AI technologies.
• Fluent in English; native or perfectly bilingual with a focus on the US market is essential.
• Proficiency in Spanish is a significant advantage.
• A smooth integration process to ensure a successful start.
