This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee 24/7 operations for esports data management
• Guide remote personnel and enhance customer workflows
• Guarantee the quality, precision, and promptness of live esports data streams
• Develop sustainable processes that can scale effectively
• Foster collaboration across teams
• Serve as a crucial escalation point during critical operational situations
• Previous experience in managing a remote international team of 5-10 individuals with live support expertise
• A service-oriented mindset focused on customer satisfaction
• Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail
• Proficient communication and teamwork skills
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
• Familiarity with competitive gaming and prominent esports titles (CS2, DotA, League of Legends, Valorant, Rainbow 6 Siege) is a plus
