This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Promptly address and resolve support tickets related to the functionality and performance of applications.
• Modify and oversee ETL pipelines and data processing scripts to ensure they operate optimally.
• Adjust settings within feature flag management software to customize client experiences.
• Perform REST API requests to troubleshoot issues, resolve them, and implement solutions for customers.
• Work closely with the Senior Engineer and cross-functional teams to provide high-quality support and effective problem resolution.
• Document solutions, best practices, and contribute to the improvement of the knowledge base.
• A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in data handling using Python (e.g., Pandas, PySpark, Polars).
• Understanding of configuration formats such as JSON and YAML.
• Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving in a software environment.
• Capability to modify, maintain, and optimize scripts.
• Skilled in working with REST APIs.
• Experience with document databases (e.g., MongoDB, Elasticsearch, CouchDB) is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of SQL and relational databases is a plus.
• Familiarity with feature flag management software is a plus.
• Knowledge of Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) tools (e.g., Workato, Zapier, MuleSoft) is a plus.
