Support Engineer IV

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Perform routine testing, monitoring, and troubleshooting of cooling, boiler, and wastewater treatment systems.

• Enhance chemical programs to boost system performance, asset protection, and operational reliability.

• Diagnose issues in feed systems, pumps, controllers, and monitoring equipment.

• Execute audits, system surveys, and performance evaluations to promote continuous improvement.

• Establish strong, long-term relationships with operations, engineering, reliability, and procurement teams.

• Present technical reports, KPIs, business reviews, and program recommendations in a clear and professional manner.

• Collaborate with customers to resolve performance issues, implement corrective measures, and enhance partnership value.

• Assist with inventory management, chemical ordering, and coordination of on-site service needs.

• Work alongside internal Solenis teams to ensure prompt delivery, high service quality, and customer satisfaction.

• Exemplify and promote Solenis’ safety culture at all customer locations.

• Ensure adherence to customer safety protocols, environmental regulations, and Solenis standards.

• Keep accurate and timely records of service activities, audit results, and program performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (equivalent experience may be considered).

• Strong mechanical aptitude with the capability to troubleshoot feed equipment, sensors, valves, and controllers.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
