This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Take ownership of and oversee client support inquiries
• Accurately and promptly address support tickets across key NetSuite modules
• Collaborate with Senior Consultants and cross-departmental teams
• Work in conjunction with internal delivery groups
• Maintain timely and professional communication with clients
• Record all issues, actions taken, and resolutions provided
• Contribute to solution sessions, testing, validation, and deployment of NetSuite configuration modifications
• Assist in the creation of internal documentation and process enhancements
• Actively monitor and prioritize support tickets
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
• 3–4 years of relevant professional experience in a NetSuite support, consulting, or administrator capacity
• Strong understanding of essential NetSuite modules (Finance, CRM, Projects, etc.)
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Capacity to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment
• Familiarity with SaaS or cloud-based applications
• Experience with ticketing systems such as Zendesk, Jira, or ServiceNow
• Familiarity with SuiteAnalytics, Saved Searches, Workflows, or scripting is a plus
• NetSuite certifications (Administrator or SuiteFoundation) are highly preferred
