This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of ShowingTime products and services.
• Utilize various support tools to effectively assist customers.
• Adhere to standardized procedures while customizing solutions to individual needs.
• Accurately and efficiently document cases.
• Prioritize and resolve outstanding cases.
• Achieve performance and productivity targets.
• Work collaboratively with both internal and external support teams.
• Advocate for additional ShowingTime products and services to clients.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a comparable role.
• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Strong experience in de-escalating customer calls.
• Capability to identify and resolve critical issues presented by customers.
• Excellent multitasking skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to succeed in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic digital skills and proficiency in technical troubleshooting.
• Fluent in English.
