Support Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Assisting clients with their first and second-line inquiries

• Actively maintaining relationships with existing customers

• Providing solutions that ensure customer satisfaction

• Opportunity to perform work on-site at client locations

• Implementing software for clients and managing implementations following growth opportunities

⛳️ Requirements

• HBO or WO degree in fields such as: Business IT & Management, ICT Management, Software Engineering, Computer Science, HR, Facility Management, or another relevant discipline

• Proficient in both Dutch and English

• Strong communication skills, good listener, and possesses analytical abilities

• Proactive with a strong sense of responsibility

• Creative problem-solving skills
