This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Supervise and manage applied behavior therapy for individuals and families.
• Ensure a safe and therapeutic setting for children and families in line with Behaven Kids' philosophy and mission.
• Offer clinical assistance to the Behaven Kids BCBA team as directed by clinical leadership.
• Support the execution of assessments, including functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and necessary reassessments.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs to develop, review, and update behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and treatment objectives.
• Provide supervision, observations, and clinical feedback to RBTs and other direct care personnel as required.
• Complete reviews of treatment plans, progress reports, and other essential clinical documentation to ensure adherence to payer and regulatory standards.
• Aid in training sessions for parents and caregivers.
• Offer temporary clinical coverage during periods of BCBA absence, PTO, vacancies, or increased clinical demands.
• Work with clinic leadership to ensure seamless client care during staffing changes.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with other providers and team members as appropriate.
• Assist with the onboarding, mentoring, and clinical training of new BCBAs and RBTs as needed.
• Contribute to quality assurance initiatives, including documentation reviews, treatment integrity evaluations, and clinical audits.
• Maintain accurate, ethical, and timely documentation in accordance with the BACB Ethics Code, Nebraska DHHS regulations, Medicaid requirements, and company policies.
• Attend mandatory meetings, training sessions, and clinical consultations.
• Uphold active BCBA certification and any necessary state credentials.
• Prior experience working with children diagnosed with autism.
• Ability to develop functional behavior assessments.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Willingness to continually learn and grow as part of a motivated multidisciplinary team.
• Capacity to think creatively to achieve positive outcomes for clients and team members.
• Availability to work during afternoon hours Central Time.
• Must qualify for Nebraska behavior analyst licensure, including U.S. citizenship or lawful presence and the ability to meet state licensing criteria.
• Certified BCBA in good standing with the BACB (Required).
• 2-4 years of relevant professional experience.
• Master’s Degree (Preferred).
