• Execute assessments of the current IT landscape, encompassing application inventory, workflows, and organizational structure.
• Conduct benchmarking within healthcare IT by gathering, analyzing, and comparing data such as staffing ratios, costs, and operational processes.
• Assist in data strategy initiatives, focusing on data evaluation, structuring, and alignment with business objectives.
• Create and oversee project timelines, ensuring all analyses and client deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Identify gaps, redundancies, and opportunities for optimization through data-driven insights.
• Aid in the development of data models, financial models, ROI frameworks, and prioritization matrices.
• Produce client-facing presentations and reports utilizing PowerPoint and Excel.
• Work collaboratively with stakeholders to provide actionable recommendations.
• 3–6 years of experience in IT Strategy, Healthcare Consulting, IT Advisory, or Data Strategy positions.
• Robust analytical skills with a background in data analysis, data modeling, and benchmarking.
• Experience in conducting IT assessments and engaging in healthcare consulting projects.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Capability to convert complex data into clear insights and executive summaries.
• Strong communication skills and effective stakeholder management abilities.
• Good to Have: Experience with US healthcare clients.
• Good to Have: Familiarity with IT transformation or strategy projects.
