• Deliver technical assistance for Hosting, Domain, and associated services via tickets, chat, and phone.
• Support Entry Level Sales and Billing Requests.
• Report issues to Developers.
• Assist with partial infrastructure monitoring.
• Communicate issues to the Infrastructure Team and Manager.
• Manage Cross sales and Up sales.
• Advise Customers on service development.
• Gather customer feedback to enhance products, services, and overall customer satisfaction.
• Additionally, periodically undertake responsibilities beyond basic duties to contribute to the company's primary goals and personal growth within the organization.
• Provide professional and courteous customer support.
• Ensure accuracy and efficiency when addressing incoming customer inquiries.
• Demonstrate willingness to tackle and resolve a variety of customer issues, ranging from basic to complex.
• Familiarity with Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Understanding of hosting services and domain registration.
• Proficiency with Plesk, Cpanel, and WHM.
• Knowledgeable about common CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Joomla).
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Exhibit self-leadership and the capacity to take initiative.
• Possess teamwork skills and a cooperative spirit.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
• Excellent time management capabilities.
• Fully remote work environment.
• Shifts are required, with some flexibility available.
