Support Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with relevant business units to identify and suggest areas for enhancement.

• Oversee the implementation, management, and maintenance of input forms, business rules, major releases, loan programs, disclosures, HMDA support, investor suspense requests, DMI exports, servicing transfers, warehouse data tapes, and archive loan strategies.

• Assess the Encompass system, CCM's integrations, and CCM's business workflow to facilitate process-flow improvements.

• Design and execute approved change requests by developing or refining Encompass settings.

• Utilize problem-solving abilities to comprehend, interpret, troubleshoot, and remedy system functionality issues.

• Ensure project deadlines are adhered to and maintain updates in the project management system.

• Stay informed about significant Encompass trends and upcoming Ellie Mae initiatives.

• Collaborate closely with the .Net Team and Product Manager regarding incoming requests.

• Act as a point of escalation for general inquiries and troubleshooting requests from Support.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Over 5 years of experience in Ellie Mae Encompass Administration.

• More than 5 years of experience in developing Input Forms and establishing Business Rules within Encompass/LOS.

• At least 5 years of experience in the Mortgage Industry.

• Encompass Administrator Certification is required.

• Experience with Encompass Web is a plus.

• Comprehensive understanding of the loan lifecycle from point of sale through servicing and secondary market.

• Advanced knowledge of real estate lending regulations and compliance standards.

• Familiarity with JIRA is a plus.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills to foster positive business relationships with system stakeholders.
