This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Assist Account Executives and sales leadership with everyday operational tasks.
• Process leads, update opportunities, and keep CRM records current.
• Organize schedules, appointments, and sales follow-ups.
• Oversee communication, customer inquiries, and sales activity monitoring.
• Maintain well-organized records, documentation, and internal reports.
• Evaluate bid postings, RFPs, RFQs, and customer inquiries.
• Aid in the preparation of: Proposals, Bid responses, Customer correspondence, Pricing documentation.
• Collaborate with distributors and vendors regarding: Product availability, Pricing requests, Quotes, Lead times.
• Support sales teams during the procurement and proposal stages.
• Act as a liaison for customer and vendor communications.
• Assist clients with: Order inquiries, Returns, Delivery updates, Product information requests.
• Enter and manage customer purchase orders in CRM systems.
• Monitor order status and relay expected delivery timelines.
• Maintain precise opportunity, pipeline, and account data.
• Assist with reporting and tracking sales activities.
• Help coordinate marketing materials and sales campaigns.
• Support webinars, partner events, and promotional initiatives.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on customer outreach efforts.
• Continue to enhance knowledge of enterprise IT products and solutions.
• Acquire knowledge in: Networking, Cloud solutions, Security technologies, Public sector procurement processes.
• Engage in training, educational opportunities, and professional development programs.
• High School diploma is required; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Strong administrative, organizational, and multitasking capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in: Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, CRM systems, Database management tools.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and highly organized.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment.
• Previous experience in Technology sales, IT administration, Customer service, Sales operations, or Procurement coordination is preferred.
• Familiarity with enterprise IT technologies and terminology.
• Experience with Cisco, HPE, Aruba Networking, or security products.
• Experience supporting SLED (K–12, higher education, government) accounts is advantageous.
