This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Execute general administrative functions, which include managing mail and maintaining filing systems.
• Handle copayment requests on behalf of patients, pharmacies, and/or physicians.
• Collaborate with Program Managers to achieve copayment Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure timely and accurate payments in accordance with established payment schedules.
• Create and maintain office files, schedule appointments, and organize meeting spaces.
• Gather information necessary for report generation and auditing processes.
• Prepare correspondence and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee multiple projects across different departments.
• Foster positive working relationships while adhering to all relevant policies.
• Completion of post-secondary education in a relevant field.
• 3-5 years of experience in an administrative position within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Extensive knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated accuracy when handling large volumes of data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Flexibility to adapt to change and acquire new skills as needed.
• Bilingualism in French and English is preferred.
