Supply Programs Analyst – Global

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist in the replenishment and inventory strategy for continuous core program (CCP) items.

• Oversee global inventory health, forecast accuracy, and sell-through to enhance product flow.

• Collaborate with factories, suppliers, and planning teams to ensure uninterrupted production of core products.

• Propel speed-to-market initiatives by supporting critical path activities and identifying opportunities to shorten lead times and boost supply chain agility.

• Validate approvals and allocations for product launches and partnerships.

• Confirm and relay additional costs and allocations for collaborative projects.

• Monitor production, transit, and delivery timelines for NPI, MPP, Speed to Market, and Collab projects.

• Work with regional teams to address at-risk items and create frameworks for future programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Logistics, or a related discipline.

• 2–5 years of experience in supply planning, inventory management, operations, or supply chain analytics.

• Familiarity with ERP and planning systems (SAP, Oracle, Netsuite, or similar).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with advanced proficiency in Excel.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.

• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Preferred certifications in Supply Chain Management, inventory optimization, ERP systems, or continuous improvement.
