Application Analyst, Epic MyChart/Cadence

📋 Description

• Assist in the support and maintenance of designated services and systems

• Oversee, evaluate, and strategize system upgrades

• Address production challenges while upholding Customer Service Level Agreements

• Carry out project-related tasks as assigned

• Comply with quality assurance protocols

• Engage in continuous processes to incorporate end user requests

• Assess and offer suggestions regarding application development

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in the core discipline

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred
