This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Collaborate with Human Resources Business Partners to assist the organization with compensation-related issues, encompassing offers, promotions, leveling, and pay decisions.
• Offer advice to HR and business leaders regarding compensation-related questions and scenarios.
• Perform market benchmarking and job evaluations utilizing various salary survey sources.
• Analyze compensation data to ensure both internal equity and external competitiveness.
• Assist in annual compensation processes, which include merit planning, bonuses, and equity grant cycles.
• Audit and verify compensation data to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems.
• Create reports, dashboards, and presentations to aid leadership in decision-making.
• Develop and maintain intricate compensation models in Excel to support business decisions.
• Manage and execute salary survey submissions, data validation, and results analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 2–5+ years of pertinent experience in compensation, HR analytics, or consulting.
• Self-motivated individual — able to work autonomously, initiate action, and navigate through ambiguity.
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems and “figure things out” when solutions are not immediately apparent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including: Pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and IF/THEN logic.
• Capability to handle complex, nested formulas and manipulate data effectively.
• Strong aptitude for working with and analyzing large, complex datasets.
• Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Dayforce) is preferred.
• Proven track record in conducting market benchmarking and job matching.
• Practical experience with salary surveys, ideally including Radford.
