Accounting Analyst, Mid-level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Reconcile and analyze accounting balances.

• Collaborate in the examination of accounting variances and the formulation of action plans.

• Aid in the development of internal accounting policies and procedures.

• Contribute to enhancing accounting processes.

• Keep informed about updates in accounting regulations.

• Assist in evaluating the accounting implications of new company products.

• Participate in the monthly accounting close activities.

• Prepare various accounting and financial reports.

• Support the creation of consolidated financial statements, when relevant.

• Engage in the planning and execution of both internal and external audits.

• Monitor and ensure adherence to accounting standards.

• Collaborate with different departments within the company.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed bachelor’s degree or nearing completion.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the financial market or payment institutions.

• Proficiency in advanced accounting software, including familiarity with ERP systems and financial management tools (such as Metabase and others).
