Supply Planner – Midshift

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the development, issuance, and upkeep of Production Work Plans and/or Purchase Orders (POs) using Oracle (or a similar ERP system).

• Guarantee 100% precision in quantities, pricing, and delivery locations to avoid downstream logistics or financial issues, ensuring timely supply and maintaining current data in the system.

• Serve as the primary operational contact for the designated Manufacturing facility and/or OEM suppliers; obtain order confirmations and monitor production progress.

• Track On-Time Delivery (OTD) and address any delays or discrepancies.

• Assist in weekly readiness assessments and collaborate with logistics teams to ensure shipments are in sync with PO timelines.

• Keep updated Excel-based and/or Power BI reports on open orders/work orders, shortages, and supplier commitments.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Purchasing, or Planning (ideally in a Multinational or Manufacturing setting).

• Familiarity with a major ERP system (Oracle preferred; SAP acceptable) and a solid understanding of the 'Purchase-to-Pay' process.

• Advanced skills in MS Excel (including lookups, Pivot Tables, and fundamental data cleaning are necessary).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; comfortable liaising with international stakeholders via email and video conferencing.

• Willingness to work a mid-shift schedule to ensure consistent collaboration with European/US colleagues.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Basic experience with Power BI or data visualization tools is a plus (not mandatory).

• Understanding of international shipping terms (Incoterms) is preferred (not mandatory).
