This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide exceptional customer service by proactively managing and mitigating supply disruptions.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure visibility and clarity regarding any service-related risks.
• Take ownership of the health and efficiency of our inventory.
• Monitor Supply Health and Risk: Identify potential supply risks, constraints, and gaps; escalate issues with comprehensive data and proposed solutions.
• Maintain Data Accuracy and Planning Discipline: Ensure that master data, planning parameters, and system inputs are precise and current.
• Drive Structural Inventory Reduction and Excess & Obsolete Governance: Implement structural improvements in run strategy, MOQ alignment, phase-out planning, and supply hygiene to minimize excess and slow-moving inventory.
• Leverage automation to enhance service reliability through exception-based planning and mitigate service disruptions via long-term strategic initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in integrated supply chain planning roles, with a preference for CPG.
• Familiarity with planning and analytics tools; experience with Net Suites or Oracle is a plus.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with external partners and lead internal cross-functional teamwork.
• Strong communication skills to articulate service risks and distill complex situations into straightforward terms.
