This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the supply planning cycle for the Business Unit, which includes rough-cut capacity planning, aligning master schedules, balancing supply and demand, reviewing constraints, and developing scenarios.

• Organize and facilitate Supply Reviews while contributing supply inputs to the Business Unit's Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP).

• Assess service, cost, inventory, and financial trade-offs, recommending strategies for mitigation or reallocation.

• Manage the propagation of dependent demand throughout the supply chain network.

• Serve as the planning liaison with site planners for rough-cut capacity planning.

• Collaborate with sites to synchronize production and procurement plans with agreed-upon demand.

• Promote the adoption of AFEMEA Planning Playbook standards across various sites.

• Mentor site planners and assist in closing capability gaps.

• Specify and uphold planning master data requirements, which include capacity models, calendars, lead times, lot sizes, and planning parameters.

• Enhance supply-planning visibility across diverse systems and support reliable KPI reporting.

• Participate in training, onboarding, continuous improvement, planning system implementation, and business continuity planning.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Logistics, or a related discipline.

• 5–8+ years of experience in supply chain roles, ideally within an international B2B or FMCG matrix environment.

• Previous experience in a supply planning position within a large organization is essential.

• Direct experience working with manufacturing sites is highly preferred.

• Experience in collaborating and presenting at the Director and VP levels.

• Capacity to foresee demand and capacity risks and formulate plans with clear trade-offs.

• Proficiency in managing frozen horizons, exceptions, safety stock, minimum order quantities, lot-size logic, and inventory performance metrics.

• Strong analytical skills, including advanced Excel capabilities and familiarity with BI/analytical tools such as Power BI.

• Knowledge of SAP IBP or similar supply chain planning tools is preferred.

• Excellent skills in data analysis, communication, facilitation, and presentation.

• Ability to influence and mentor without direct authority.

• Capability to work across cultures in an international, multi-site organization.

• Understanding of manufacturing, logistics, customer service, and supply chain processes.

• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in an additional European language is a significant advantage.
