This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Collaborate with sales leadership in strategic account planning to pinpoint and prioritize growth opportunities.
• Transform supply chain research insights into relevant, sales-oriented content and mentor sales partners in the Challenger Sales Methodology.
• Offer supply chain insights and hypothesis support for specific sales opportunities through growth discussions and one-on-one sessions.
• Aid sales in connecting with decision makers and establishing trust-based, value-driven relationships.
• Facilitate closing steps through proactive objection management and business case development.
• Work collaboratively across Gartner on growth initiatives and implement change management strategies with aligned sales teams.
• Assist sales partners in evaluating potential new business opportunities for the CSCO portfolio.
• Utilize globally standardized processes to sell new business by aligning service capabilities with client needs.
• Engage in internal service kick-off preparation meetings for new clients.
• Meet new business quota targets.
• Collaborate with and support sales in marketing multi-year Executive Services Team Solutions to prospective clients and assist in transitioning new members to service delivery teams.
• A minimum of two years of experience as a Supply Chain Leadership Partner with a proven track record in new-business support or growth contributions.
• Over 15 years of experience in supply chain leadership and/or consulting.
• Experience in a sales-oriented role, ideally within a consulting setting.
• Strong knowledge of sales metrics.
• Comprehensive understanding of Supply Chain executive roles and responsibilities.
• Deep grasp of Supply Chain in the broader business context and its alignment with business strategies.
• Proven history of coaching, presenting, and collaborating at a senior level; C-level experience is preferred.
• Advanced critical-thinking and structured problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional capability to lead and navigate ambiguous situations.
• Excellent skills in relationship-building and collaboration.
• Superior verbal, written, facilitation, and presentation capabilities.
• Demonstrable experience in sales and/or business development with CXO-level executives.
• Expert ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required.
