Supply & Logistics Project Manager – Clinical Trials

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Formulate and implement supply strategies for IMP/NIMP, ANS, and laboratory samples.

• Ensure adherence to GLP, GDP, and GMP standards across all involved countries.

• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and operational resources effectively.

• Supervise third-party vendors and negotiate contract terms.

• Perform risk assessments and create plans for mitigation.

• Act as the regulatory liaison and address client concerns.

• Drive process enhancements and system optimization initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong grasp of the GxP regulatory framework.

• Extensive experience in the pharmaceutical, clinical research, or biotech industries.

• Demonstrated expertise in managing laboratory and/or clinical trial supply chains.

• Exceptional project management and operational leadership capabilities.

• Client-centered mindset combined with strong business insight.

• Skills in financial management and negotiation.

• Proficient in team mentorship and stakeholder engagement.

• Bachelor's degree in biology, pharmacy, health sciences, business administration, or a related field.

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
