This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Offer technical guidance for the design, development, integration, and advancement of enterprise-level Oracle ERP solutions.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architects, and operations teams to facilitate digital transformation, enhance supply chain processes, and ensure IT strategies align with business goals.
• Take a leading role in ERP implementations, which includes designing and executing vital system integrations for global operations.
• Design and implement solutions across Oracle OM, Shipping, and WMS modules to improve logistics, distribution, and inventory management.
• Drive EDI solutions for third-party logistics (3PL) and supplier integrations, optimizing sales and 3PL workflows.
• Utilize hands-on expertise with Oracle technologies (PL/SQL, WMS, and WSH APIs) to lead global development teams in delivering effective solutions.
• Oversee production support, root cause analysis, and ongoing improvement initiatives to guarantee system reliability and compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
• Generally requires a Bachelor's degree in a technical field, along with a minimum of 8-12 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 5-7 years of comparable industry experience, or a PhD with 2-4 years of experience.
• Demonstrated experience with Oracle ERP and Fusion applications.
• Extensive functional knowledge in Order Management (OM), Shipping, Inventory Management, and WMS modules.
• Strong technical proficiency in Oracle ERP APIs, including WSH, OE, and WMS.
• Familiarity with integration technologies such as ORDS, REST/SOAP APIs, OIC, and Kafka.
• Understanding of EDI mappings for Order-to-Cash (O2C) transactions (EDI 850, 855, 856, 940, 945, 810).
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities, with the capacity to identify performance issues.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and iterative delivery processes.
• Strong communication capabilities, enabling effective interaction between technical and non-technical stakeholders, articulating trade-offs, and mentoring others.
