Supply Chain Transition Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive PIPO projects across Capital, Consumables, and Accessories portfolios, guaranteeing standardized execution and governance.

• Take ownership of and implement the PIPO process.

• Facilitate cross-functional alignment among Supply Chain, Regulatory, Quality, Product Management, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Supplier Quality, and Commercial teams.

• Create and update PIPO project plans, timelines, risk assessments, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.

• Regularly maintain and revise the Risk Registers from a Supply Chain viewpoint to proactively identify and address supply, regulatory, and execution risks.

• Actively engage in kickoff meetings with suppliers and internal manufacturing to ensure aligned and well-coordinated implementation and transition strategies.

• Ensure that planning teams develop effective inventory transition strategies to minimize scrap, backorders, and service impacts.

• Clearly communicate project statuses, risks, and decisions to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.

• Lead Kaizen sustainment efforts, monitor KPIs, and continuously enhance the PIPO process and execution model.

• Ensure a smooth transition of completed projects to sustaining operations and planning teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field.

• At least 5–7 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or product lifecycle project management.

• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional, global projects in regulated or complex manufacturing settings.

• Practical experience with product transitions, lifecycle management, or change implementation within supply chain or operations roles.
