📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional collaboration and oversee the implementation of impactful integrated marketing campaigns.

• Coordinate intricate multi-region projects, ensuring smooth interaction among internal teams, external agencies, and global partners.

• Accountable for program planning, managing workflows, overseeing budgets and invoices, facilitating cross-functional communication, and developing scalable program management systems.

• Advocate for process enhancements to improve operational excellence and elevate the team's capacity to provide cohesive, high-quality retail brand experiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital, or a related discipline; a Master's Degree or MBA is advantageous.

• Have over 10 years of experience in marketing operations, agency account management, or production.

• Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills, along with exceptional presentation capabilities.

• Excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and maintain performance under pressure.

• Skilled in Microsoft Office suite and Asana.
