This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Act as the main point of client coordination for Tax & Regulatory initiatives.
• Facilitate organized status meetings, governance forums, and executive checkpoints.
• Ensure that clients are aware of the scope, timelines, dependencies, and potential delivery risks.
• Proactively manage client expectations and assist with executive-level communications as necessary.
• Serve as the integration hub among Project Management, Business Analysis, Development (SAP / Oracle EBS), QA, Support (L4 and AMS), Environment Services, Sales, and Professional Services.
• Confirm internal alignment prior to making external commitments.
• Oversee the resolution of cross-team dependencies and obstacles to delivery.
• Maintain visibility throughout project phases, replication waves, and client prioritization.
• Possess a comprehensive understanding of TLR changes and assist in pre-sales and consultations with clients as they prepare for their transitions.
• Contribute to product development and explore additional business opportunities.
• Identify delivery and client risks early, implementing mitigation strategies.
• Minimize escalations through proactive communication and structured issue management.
• Assist in coordinating critical incidents as required.
• Engage in strategic client discussions, including preparing and delivering webinars that address regulatory changes affecting delivery or commercial positioning.
• Maintain structured visibility into project progress, client health, and delivery risks.
• Provide succinct executive-level updates for both regional and global stakeholders as needed.
• Design and oversee the Client Engagement Health Dashboard in collaboration with senior leadership.
• Proven experience in a client-facing role within complex delivery or implementation settings.
• Familiarity with ERP platforms (preferably SAP and/or Oracle EBS).
• Experience with tax, regulatory, or compliance programs—particularly in Brazil or LATAM—is highly desirable.
• Ability to operate effectively within matrixed, multinational organizations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across diverse cultures.
• Proficiency in Portuguese and English is required; Spanish is an advantage.
