Supply Chain Technology Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of visibility for all supply chain technology systems, including SAP S/4HANA, EDI, 3PL integrations, and relevant SaaS applications.

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the value and risk profile of each solution, directing resources to areas of greatest impact.

• Ensure that integrations and dependencies between SAP and external systems are well understood, documented, and governed effectively.

• Utilize extensive SAP S/4HANA supply chain knowledge to drive and support ongoing enhancements of the core ERP platform.

• Collaborate closely with the SAP team to prioritize innovations, ensure scalability, and align with business strategies.

• Serve as the U.S.-based liaison for the supply chain business, converting operational requirements into precise technical specifications.

• Provide transparency into technical roadmaps for the business, enabling informed decision-making regarding system investments and priorities.

• Proactively seek out improvement opportunities and advocate for innovation initiatives.

• Oversee the health and development of integrated solutions such as the TrueCommerce EDI platform, 3PL and logistics system integrations, and other supply chain SaaS applications (e.g., demand planning, transportation tools).

• Establish evaluation frameworks for new SaaS solutions, highlighting integration with SAP and overall data integrity.

• Identify opportunities for enhancing supply chain processes through technology.

• Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends, recommending new capabilities that enhance efficiency and value.

• Assist in developing a roadmap for digital transformation within the supply chain sector.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• Over 7 years of experience in supply chain technology, including a minimum of 3 years with SAP S/4HANA SCM (Materials Management, Warehouse Management, Production Planning, etc.).

• Strong understanding of supply chain operations and processes.

• Experience in managing or influencing integrations across various platforms, particularly SAP-connected solutions such as EDI and 3PLs.

• Demonstrated ability to convert business requirements into technical solutions and manage stakeholder relationships across multiple functions.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, particularly in complex and fast-paced settings.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and prioritization abilities.

• Willingness to travel domestically up to 10–15%.
