This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts, +2 more states.
• Direct the formulation and implementation of continuous improvement (CI) strategies within the supply chain to boost efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Create and execute advanced analytics solutions that facilitate data-driven decision-making throughout the supply chain organization.
• Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams to pinpoint, prioritize, and enact process improvement initiatives.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess progress and uncover opportunities for further optimization.
• Advocate for best practices in Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI methodologies across the department.
• Guide and support supply chain teams in utilizing CI tools and data analytics, enhancing organizational capability.
• Collaborate with IT and data teams to guarantee strong data availability, integrity, and security for analytical projects.
• Lead change management initiatives to ensure successful implementation and sustainability of new processes and technologies.
• Present analytical insights and recommendations to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
• Remain informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements pertinent to supply chain analytics and CI.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, Data Science, or a related area; Master’s degree is preferred.
• Over 8 years of progressive experience in supply chain, operations, or related areas, emphasizing continuous improvement and analytics.
• Demonstrated proficiency in applying Lean, Six Sigma, or comparable methodologies; certification (e.g., Black Belt) is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead intricate, cross-functional projects and achieve quantifiable results.
• Advanced skills in data analytics tools and platforms (e.g., SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, influence, and presentation skills.
• Experience in managing and nurturing high-performing teams.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative setting.
